Neutral Bay, Apartments
Neutral bay is the design of twenty five, three bedroom apartments located on a naturally sloping landscaped site. The design was to create all dual aspect apartments with continuous horrizontal glazing to maximise the panoramic views of the city skyline, light and ventilation. Each level contains integrated landscape for privacy and to create a green facade within the natural landscape of the locality.
